After
working for thirteen years as a personal trainer in Brooklyn and
Manhattan, I recently moved to Maine and am starting a personal
training practice in the Belfast-Camden area. I have worked with
a wide range of clients, from a 15-year-old Olympic hopeful to a
75-year-old starting exercise for the first time. My clients most
